Guide how to put Customfirmware (CFW) on any PSP
if your PSP system information is bellow 6.20 (under System Setting/System Information) download this 6.20 Official firmware HERE plug in your PSP and make UPDATE folder under the PSP/GAME folder and paste the EBOOT under the UPDATE folder.
and unplug your PSP and go to game on your xmb and start the update.
after the update put this PRO UPDATE folder under the GAME folder and start the update, after the update your psp will now have CFW! but its just temporary if you shut down your PSP it will return to OFW, now
delete the PRO UPDATE folder and replace it with FAST RECOVERY folder for faster access to CFW. if you want to have permanent CFW download this 6.20 PERMANENT and put it under the game folder also, after booting to CFW via pro update or fast recovery launch the 6.20 permanent and follow the instructions, but be careful run the application at your own risk! if you have psp1000 or 2000v1 and v2 mobo you can make magic memory stick and pandora for safety.
if your system information is above 6.20 there are 6.39 and 6.60 upadates just google it im sure there are lots of tutorials, but PSP 3000 and PSP GO can have a permanent cfw only on 6.20,.
